I think some causes of imperialism in France were to try to help others by improving there economy, and getting them advanced in
technology. France had control over french morocco, algeria, tunisia, french africa, french equatorial africa,and Madagascar.
Threw a europeans eyes i think imperalism was just a way to help benefit someone else and that they had control over what happens and the money.
From those that were subjugated into imperialsim they didnt like it to well .One tribe fought back the ZULU's.
Europeans easily forced there rule onto others because they had guns and the people in africa didnt have guns.
The consequences of imperialsim were that people died and that they had to try to keep there own land now.
Some lasting effects are that now they have a sence of civlivation and that they need to try and keep up with other nations to stay alive.
